Firesphere : ‘Requiem’ Re release CD June 2017 Dark Sign Records. USA Symphonic / Rock /Heavy/ Industrial..Led by two characters Priest-vocals/guitar and Rosemary Butterfly vocals/keyboards inspired by images from actors and theatrical characters have decided to create a band. They have a complete team helping them to play live performances with a unique show that combines the arts.
Musically it’s better to see them live so you can understand and dig their music easily, listening the album is bit tougher. Impossible to categorize their songs are going from one style to another getting me a bit confused. I love the fifth instrumental track though.
If you like different music style combined then you will like this album. Fans of Queensryche , Rammstein and Ghost. Hard to get those influences in their music though. Very opera like singing sometimes making me think of Nightwish or Epica styles.
In the overall it’s melodic, passionate and theatrical 90/100.
