Cepheidae Variable : ” Primordial Reverie ” Digital and CD 7th November 2025 Distrokid . Canada Electronic / Metal Keyboardist / Guitarist.
A cover album reminding movie posters. Inviting you into imagination and science fiction. An intro with keyboards reminding eighties instrumental artists. It ain’t your typical solo album. Not a shredder one even if you have guitars, most the melodies are made with the keyboard.
Some heavy guitars that will set Cepheidae Variable into the Metal scene but it’s hard to really choose this category with the diversity of sounds and instruments used. One song starts with a classical intro, a song with down tuned heavyness of todays metal bands and moving on to easy eighties 8bit keyboard sound from video games.
It probably will talk to those who like electronic music and games, sometimes have guitars and a mix of sound that work well with the adventures of heroes. it really sound like a universe of the computer world.
Have a taste and make your mind:
Influences: Jean Michel Jarre, Marc Cerone, and many more.
The artist Ryan Koepke , speaks about two worlds. I would mostly set it into the video game world. Sounded very cold and technical, it sometimes invite your imagination to think someone is speaking.
As a non electronic sound lover, it doesn’t speak to me. the only parts I’m keen on to like are those with guitars but they are a few.
For the digital sound lovers, 60/100.
