Lysis: “Rotten Delusion” Digital Single 25th October 2024 Self Released. Sweden MetalCore band.

Gothenburg’s Metal Band has been here for a few years. You can even read an interview in the magazine years ago. They just released another single that will blow away the fans of the genre.

On October 25th, Rotten Delusion drops their highly anticipated single, expertly mixed and produced by Isak Olsson, the talented drummer of Twilight Force.

Accompanying the release is a kickass music video crafted by Heavy Groove Media, the same company that has recently worked with Soilwork.

In the meantime, I give you an online review for you to have a bit of something to yearn for:

Their music style comes from the mid-eighties, I’ve never really been into that stuff: Clean voices, heavy guitars, and Melodies.

I would classify them between Death and Black Metal with those modern Swedish bands. A blend of power and extreme parts helps everyone to dig them easily.

Influences from Dimmu Borgir, Decadence, In Flames, Arch Enemy, and more. All those bands we’ve been hearing since the early nineties.

Lysis is always apart from all bands in the underground! Brilliant logo with tons of imagination. They have that touch that attracts you, it’s great to hear they are still here kicking the Metal scene.

Down-tuned guitars with melodic keyboards, Rotten Delusion, starts with that great feeling. Harsh vocals to move to melodic ones. It’s an explosion of senses. They keep their ways and sound that make what the band is since the start.

Born with the digital era, the cover artwork always kicks you straight into the stomach visually so you know what to expect musically.

Another song to dig and listen to every day! Get your dose 100/100.
