I love discovering a band that kicks my ass! Energy, fun, powerful.. they have it all. It brings me alive and revives my will to pursue the discovery of new bands to blast my days and everyone on this planet. Since 1991, thrash Metal has had it’s up and down and the revival back in 2000, gave the will to many bands to bring back the style. Yet with all the extreme Metal and then the symphonic ones. The style kinda died again!

Thanks to Nordic countries such as Sweden, Norway, and now Finland to kick the scene again. The eighties bands are back which gives credit to the genre and lift the modern new bands. The styles evolved with all the genres of Metal to blend into melodies and power that are the roots. It’s with no doubt that Admire The Grim is playing in the pool. Fast tempos, heavy slower parts, and melodic vocals satisfy the masses.

This EP contains only four tracks, but damn they are so good you can’t stop listening to them. Add a really cool homemade funny video and you’re set for the pleasure of a great time.

Influences Holy Moses, Tankard, Children of Bodom, Graveshadow, and many more. With catchy riffs, funny videos, and entertaining melodies, they gained quickly a fan base and will grow very quickly. When you see in a few years’ time they composed four amazing tracks, you can only hope for more in a near future. 

One of the tracks sounds like a guest vocalist with nice vocals like you can hear now in symphonic/rock music mixed with heavy metal riffs. This is excellent and I can’t wait to get a full album from those crazy moshers. Finland is most known for AOR/Heavy Metal, it’s good now you have also Thrash Metal to blast the country. Seems like each country is moving on to have every Metal style so it makes worldwide domination.
