Started few years ago, the band already released few songs in 2025 and already have a brand new album to blast your days with pleasure. Their style is heavy with melodies, blending between Thrash Metal and modern metal bands.
The result is an addictive entertaining album with songs you will dig such It is related to today’s life. Distant Shadow although their young age in the music business like most bands. Have understood everything about music and it is hard to get them compared to others.
You will hear influences here and there, but mostly it is Thrash Metal with melodies. The good thing is you can hear the vocals are clear and well spoken. It might not sound important but it is. Great solos, heavy rhythms, a cover that matches the band’s name.

I’m just impressed by modern bands who first compose very good album and then have the sound of a mastered album only big bands used to have.
Distant Shadow has released a masterpiece and we can hope they will keep that path. This is a modern Thrash Metal that speaks to everyone.
