Sterbhaus : « Next Akin to Chaos » 21st November 2025 Killhead. Swedish Thrash / Death Metal band.
Started in 2007 as a five-piece and reformed several times since then, Sterbhaus ended up as a trio. Marcus Hammarström (Elvira Madigan 1998-2008, Shining, Veile – side project of Ghul from Mayhem), Jimmy Ahovalli and Erik Röjås (Ondskapt and Decadence).
I can recall in 2012 Erik Röjås who left Decadence when the band was getting too many line up issues while having few albums and a great future ahead. Joined the band or he mentioned it later to avoid issues..
Swedish people are good into what they are doing and always create great bands, they obviously are sometimes involved in many bands at a time. While Sterbhaus released cool albums, the band is still here kicking and releasing another album.

Sterbhaus is just a heavy metal band . Blending good old Thrash Metal riffs with Death Metal and Black Metal parts. A great album with an amazing cover artwork.
