Fliptopbox : “Final scene” Digital 4th October 2021 Self Released. Greek Pop / Rock / Punk / New Wave band.

Second album from this unsusal band mixing styles to blend into the music world. A very nice touch to attract and gather everyone who loves music. I’ve heard so many bands wanting to be out of genres when they actually try to be this or that. Fliptopbox is not trying to. They just are spreading music tunes that blend many styles in one.

The best way to create music is to simply compose what comes to your mind, it generaly creates a mixture of the likes you have in your mind. So here we are jumping from decades of music. Sometimes reminding old tunes from the fifties sometimes early eighties.. It’s just a pleasure to listen to Flitptopbox!

Check out this song:

Influences ranging from 50’s Rock, 82’s MTV bands.. a good mix of styles melted to bring good emotions. Billy Idol, Dancing, Duran Duran, Roxy Music, Midnight Oil, Sound garden, Green Day, The Cure…

Like an addiction for people who loves music, you will dive into their music so easily you won’t stop listening. A special cover art leading you into thinking.  The band evolve into a art space, changing the cover art, the tunes… It’s a journey to discover for those who haven’t heard so many styles of music.

It’s very hard for me to put them into a box, their music has a strong eighties sound at some point and I get back into my youth, watching those great years of MTV videos . In the overall it’s a great feeling. A pleasure to listen to such an amazing band that can re create those amazing years into one melting universe. Imagine making a cake, the flavour is what you mixed into. All the ingredient that makes the beautiful and tasty piece of art.

Fliptopbox brings you this pleasure, you will ask for more! Excellent album 100/100.
