Inhuman Condition : “Fearsick” Digital & LP and CD 15th July 2022 Listenable Insanity Records. USA Death Metal band.

Florida is the place where Death Metal was born, there was a huge scene over there that made its trace through the world. The band is back with his character who loves dead people. What amazed me the first time I saw this cover, is the design color. The first thing I thought about is the First Massacre 12″ LP single. A monstrous artwork that needs to be in your vinyl collection.

While this new album keeps its way from the earlier Death Metal style in the early nineties, which grew up from eighties Thrash Metal. The reason that made this extreme style is so loved since 1991. Heavy riffs, loud tunes, music that kicks some ass so big the melody we all feel dives into our hearts.

Composed by the lineup of vocalist/drummer Jeramie Kling (VENOM INC, EX-DEO, THE ABSENCE), guitarist Taylor Nordberg (DEICIDE, THE ABSENCE), and bassist Terry Butler (OBITUARY, DEATH, MASSACRE, SIX FEET UNDER). Those musicians of course know the deal and it is with no doubt they could create such an amazing band. Bringing back memories of those great years.

It’s power and entertainment that keep you from the first note to the last one, making you hit the play button to listen to it again and again. Pure heavy pleasure in your ears. To me, the style died in 1995 , when few bands wanted to evolve to blend into the mainstream with keyboard sounds. Inhuman Condition brings back the essence of the roots of this style.

The first Massacre album will always be my favorite, listening to a band using a song name as a band one with some of the musicians makes it better. The roots of the amazing artwork from one of the best designers in the Metal world are just a pearl. Anyone will love this band. it kind of helps the style revive from a path that has been changed a long time ago. Terry Butler is for sure a big part of it. I can hear his influences pretty clearly from one of the best Death Metal bands I cherished back then when Thrash Metal was dying.

No need to write the influences, since they are the main creators of those styles. Of course, the purest fans will have more knowledge or memories from the earliest past for this style that somehow revolutionized the Metal world while the music one was searching for a new path.

This is a masterpiece, a must-have for all Metal Heads alive! 100/100.
