Rottentown : “Victims of Nothing” Digipack CD & CD 11th December 2017 Non Nobis Productions / NBQ Records / Secret Port Records. Spanish Hard Rock / Heavy Metal band. It’s with a big pleasure I have this new MCD this time as Digipack version as the band/Label decided to have two versions for that brilliant Ep.

The Digipack is only pressed to 100 copies so ask the band if they still have some left, this is the follower of the first CD “Blood’s not Enough” .  Rottentown  proves it has its own style and  image with that amazing dark art cover from Frederica Di Tizio . The first song title of the album is right on the same vibe as the first Ep so you won’t  be disappointed, the song has been available on Utube with lyrics since September 2017 which made me waiting for that new blood that took two more months to come .

The band has evolved in their creations leading Audrey to get a Heavier voice right from the second song until the end. You can hear she is trying to sound little different from the first songs written. You can have a taste on her own Facebook profile (if you haven’t got this masterpiece) reminding me the first Hydrogyn ‘s Julie vocal style. She is probably becoming more confident with her playing skill while singing at the same time. That gives another color to the new songs.

The fourth song “Blind Protection” is more into speed with those two backing vocals we ‘re used to hear in Thrash Metal bands back in the eighties, yet sticks to the Heavy Metal side. Inside you can find in tiny scale, the lyrics which are deep and speak straight to your mind. There is a strong message in the music of this band and that what makes it so special. You can also have pics we know from their page which make me think they wanted to use them for a while. So this second EP gets a complete album with the previous one and if you have a chance to see them live don’t hesitate it’s worth it.

Rottentown strikes again and has a great future . Get it now and support that awesome band who writes masterpiece music keeping Heavy Metal alive 100/100.
