Speed Limit: “Cut A Long Story Short” CD 16th June 2023 NRT Records. Austrian Rock / Hard Rock / Heavy Metal band.

Interviewed the band in The Metal Mag back in 2017 for their previous album, having another lineup change before the pandemic to release this brand new album. They found a singer drummer Hannes Vordermayer who fits well the vibe of the seventies and eighties tunes the band has been known for.  They also changed labels and signed a deal that will once again set a new adventure for the band to come.

An album that brings back the whole life of the band musically, and will please all the fans of the NWOBHM scene. Two live tracks with two reworked songs to fit the new sound and lineup. A great video was made, and amazing photos with a great cover artwork to explain it all. While the band suffered lots of changes, they remained the same as what they originally wanted, the roots of Speed Limit are still here, thanks to the few original members still kicking to keep the band alive.

The hymn of Heavy Metal roots that took the Rock ones evolved into the music we know today. A diverse immersion to decades of great music exploded into melodies and riffs filling up our hearts with love for life. Anyone can love without question.

Always on tour spreading the disease on stage, the fans never lose a piece of this rocking band, no matter the situation and changes. You can trust Speed Limit to deliver good tunes to the masses. A band that deserves lots of respect.
