Caster Volor : “A Prelude To The Freak Show” CD & Digital Self Released. USA Hard Rock band. It is always amazing and funny to hear a young band playing the old eighties tunes with an edge of the seventies. Like many band from this era they have lots of Punkish influences and that what’s send us back while listening to this cool five tracks min EP.

Composed by three lads and sometimes four, the band is full of passion and makes the crowd enjoying every bits of the show. A funny logo looking like a bat cut in two letters, they surely have lots of fun and want to make cool tunes like it used to be.

In those songs you are revisiting lots of legends that are for most still here kicking, yet the feel I have like I am playing an old ’83 LP is amazing. Having this glam style playing with the codes, they are keeping the flame that will never die.

Like the cover shows it is a blast from the past cutting the timeline into bat fly as fast as a dart. Just listen for your pleasure :

There you go it’s fun it’s melting good tunes, you can only love this band. Lyrics about music can’t be wrong, the attitude the dedication everything is here to get this band getting somewhere.

If you see the band in your area go see them you won’t be disappointed! Cool solos, great vocals a nice rocking vibe. Influences are varied from W.A.S.P, Quiet Riot, Loudness, Tokyo Blade, Judas Priest, Hellion, Iggy Pop, Steeler, T-Rex… it never ends such it is full of greatnesses.

A nice mini album you can buy today as CD or digital but you must get it! A good “back to the futur” time to enjoy 98/100.
