Die With Fear: “Sonata di Morte” CD & Digital 18th February 2022 Self Released. Swedish Melodic Death Metal band.
When a nordic band from Norway, change their name and moved to a Swedish town where many musicians are. It can sound a bit weird at first, but when listening to the album, you can catch the Swedish sound. The power, melodies, and catchy riffs. Like many of those Melodic bands, they have influences from Thrash bringing back to the early Death Metal scene.
You can read it all in The Metal Mag , Stein-Odin Johannessen is the main composer and the former of the band. Amazing cover artwork to blow away your sight designed by Marcelo Vasco, it tells you straight away you’re gonna be smashed. The logo is in the extreme style, with the look like a bent paper. (First and last letter) keeping a bit of the earlier name in it.

An album that will get tons of fans from Thrash to Death. Although they had already a fan base with their earlier band name, the fame will continue on for world domination.
Recorded at Skarv/GR Studios & Obsidian Recording, produced, and mixed by Yngvar Mehus giving this powerful and very professional sound swedes are known about.
In overall, a very good album that smashed the scene in the face. If it is the first album so far, it stays in the line of the previous ones made with their earlier band name 98/100.
