I can not believe I discover this band who had already few albums behind. I am completely in love! Getting straight into your brain and blood it flows so well like the best drink you have ever tasted. Maybe they have just wrote one of the best album in this century. People like me who have hard times to get into the modern era or miss the good years when music wrote its best tunes this is for you .
A cover sending you back in time of those bands that gave us color with the music as with the cover of their album, give us a gift to cherish for decades. This album will be released as a LP the golden piece of treasure you must own in your collection.
Laura Dolan ‘s voice is enchanting your soul and get me those images from the early seventies when you could feel the music entering your body to the tips of your feet. She just eat your soul and gives you a lot of happiness. Nothing is better than music!
Electric Citizen have the receipt of the best tunes to get everyone dancing on the dance floor and get you enormous beautiful memory. Listen to this band and it will revive you to enjoy a great day. Better than the morning coffee you will want to dance and move all day with this awesome album. The guitarist Ross Dolan has the right riffs to kick you in the butt and force you to shake.
When you hit “play” it just takes you like a tornado of pleasure. Listening to the first tracks and I was already having the picture Black Sabbath meets The Runaways. But this is a shortcut, they have many influences bleeding that makes this band a perfect one. Have a listen and get bewitched :
I can not stop listening to this masterpiece that regroups in one album the LP collection of my own father and so my youth surrounded by those great years. I am like on a floating cloud of pleasure above the sun .
Who could ever find a band that can give you the thrill you had in your childhood, well for me Electric Citizen is giving me this again and I feel alive again. Musically you can catch a bit of The Oath, Dio, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin…sometimes reminding Ian Gillan singing in a Black Sabbath album..
Nine songs all played in a smooth and love way to capture your emotions and feelings. A masterpiece to own in your collection 100/100.
