Gus Monsanto: “Dandelions” 19th November 2024 Kivel Records. Brazilian Heavy Metal band.

He is an amazing artist, singer, and guitarist who has appeared in many bands and projects. His powerful voice takes your breath away. Straight to the heart, you fall in love instantly. He has earned lots of awards, and he deserves them.

Gus Monsanto just released another brilliant album for the end of 2024. His ability to sing any tunes will remind you sometimes of the good old eighties. Its excellent mix just gives credit to his powerful voice. Melodies and kick-ass riffs, make it one of the best albums of all time.

He has teamed up with great musicians to get all the compositions explosive content to die for. Bebeto Daroz ( lead guitar), Jayme Monsanto (bass, synth bass, talkbox), Celo Oliveira (Hammond), Marcelo Berner (drums).

Beautiful cover artwork, reviving the good old days in a modern version. His songs are just a blast to remember those great years with today’s power. I couldn’t find a video I left you this one in the studio:

Influences W.A.S.P, Dokken, King Cobra, XYZ, Steve Vai, Bon Jovi, Savatage, Guns ‘n Roses,  Bonfire, Warrant, Def Leppard, Mr Big,  and many more.

An album you will listen to for days without stopping. The arrangements and just Gus‘s voice take you into that pleasure island called music.

Any musician will dig it, the lyrics and the instruments nicely placed those great scales and melodies. Recorded at Estúdio Monsanto Co-produced and mixed by Eduardo Belchior, Intense Music Productions, Örebro (Sweden). Mastered by Ronny Milianowicz, Studio Seven, Sweden. You must get it into your collection, buy it now here!

One of the best albums for the end of 2024 – 100/100.
