M.I.God : “Specters On Parade” Digipack CD 15 February 2019 Fastball Music. German Modern Metal band mixing Power Metal, Death Metal, Industrial, Progressive Rock. I must say it is with surprise I had the chance to listen to such a band.

Their second album came out three years ago and they have released a brilliant piece of musical art with this one. This is so unusual to have a band who can get so much support and sharing the stage with high top bands after their first albums, their expectation is really high.

They have added a new member texpectationo keep their awesome work getting on top. Believe me whatever you listen to M.I.God will kick your butt. First the beautiful Digipack CD with amazing artwork plunging you into this new digital era. A great booklet and a kind of movie type soundtrack album.

This album is a special universe , a band that makes a music album like if you were watching horror / Sci-fy films. First of all , almost each song comes with a sample intro getting you straight into that movie type of soundtrack. The difference here is the movie is made by your imagination right in your mind while listening to the album.

Here is just an idea of what to expect, although this is a cover being the last song on this piece of art :

So you got it , M.I.God found the best way to get loved by everyone. Mixing many music styles that is right what is going on in the music at the moment. You will hear influences from : Pantera, Symphony X, David Bowie , Iced Earth, Distorted, Slayer, Yes, Dream Theater…the list goes on. They just have every music genres into one band!!!

Thirteen songs with seven samples intro and one bonus song (video) and you have a wonderful piece of musical creation to blow your mind for days. You have no reason not to like and spread this band, maybe the secret to get on the top of the charts sooner than expected… 98/100.
