Steelwings : “Back” CD 26th February 2019 Sliptrick Records. Swedish Rock / Hard Rock / Heavy Metal band. As the album title says, they are back! Started in 1982 they were the first to hails the mighty Metal in their country that got tons of talents. There is no surprise when you listen to a Swedish band, they are such amazing it sounds perfect!!! Pretty much split in 1989, the band got back together for fun in 2007 to celebrate their town.
After such a will to play music again the band got back together few years later around 2015 and started composing new songs that is today the new album to date. A strong logo and simple yet powerful cover to blow you away asking your ears to listen to the mighty grail. So take your DeLorean and get back to the futur! Right into the eighties Steelwings sends you into the early eighties rocking tunes.
So good you will ask for more, a mix of all the great tunes we grew up with for some. They blast your head pounding like a hammer with Heavy sounds. The color of the album looks like a heart beat with the lightning strikes the pleasure you feel with this amazing music. You will dance and get memories to make you happy. Influences ranging from many The Scorpions, Saxon, Dio, Deep Purple, Ted Nuget, Accept, Rose Tattoo, ACDC… This is not new nor original , but this is the best music that will live forever and for that I can say that Steelwings is rocking to the bones.
