Arkhe : “self titled” Digital Ep 10th March 2019 Self Released. Canadian Hard Rock / Progressive Rock / Flamenco / Heavy Metal band. This is the hardest thing to put this band in a box such they have diversity in the member group as the music played. Members from Canada and Chile united to bring an amazing piece of musical art.

It’s always a pleasure to discover such a beautiful album. Straight to the point with a simple cover with just a nice logo. Musically it is a journey to every music styles that just unites us all . Brilliant musicians and perfect compositions to give us a masterpiece to spread widely. Two main members Jimmy P.torres the singer, Fraser MacNeil on the guitar spreading many influences in the shredding.

Recorded and created during two years 2017 and 2018 they finally got their first EP out. You can hear they have worked hard to bring an awesome work to blast the world. Without boundaries the band has many players and has many styles in just one album.

Check out this new video:

You have a song here that is very Heavy with many great parts that will lift up the band. The first track “Dreamer” is an acoustic one in the Flamenco style so I was expecting a shredding album but it ain’t as the singer pops on some songs for few lines or just as the main singer. It is very interesting to see and hear people who have tried to share their love into one band’s creation.

You can easily hear influences from many styles and artist such as Aldi Meola, David T Chastain, Megadeth, Deep Purple, Yngwie Malmsteen, Dio, Within Temptation….guitarists lovers will dig this album. A nice song with an acoustic battle guitar called “Origen” before ending the album with a much heavier song , with amazing solo at the beginning “Stranger in This Land” is a powerful ending and gives the hope for more songs to come in that vibe.

This six tracks EP is just a masterpiece in every ways , Arkhe is  bringing us a fresh and new music world that will be conquered quickly. You can find them on every digital platforms and own this masterpiece to enjoy and spend pleasure moments. A must have 100/100.
