Hyperia:” The Serpent’s Cycle ” CD 17th November 2023 Self-released. Canada Thrash Metal band.

The thrashers are back for more power, madness, and just bloody moshing pleasure. The fresh attitude of the eighties, beers, moshing, guitar shreds, and just a headbanging craziness. The couple and his friends are blasting our lives without a doubt. Excellent musicians, write the right music to make us move and enjoy life.

With a much more modern cover artwork that will appear more professional… They haven’t changed a thing, apart from being more explosive than before.  The drummer is playing live with Heathen and the main guitarist is skilled for sound. It’s with no doubt you will fall in love with this masterpiece. We can say every band coming or living in Canada has the right recipe for composing an album that will gain most of the world’s metal heads.

Surprisingly, they haven’t signed a label deal yet. Maybe they don’t need it. After all, they self-produce everything and have a stable band to work with. If they have gained my love so far, I can tell many will fall into the madness and be enslaved to Hyperia‘s sound. They have everything reminding the eighties age of the style. Melodies, blasting beats, and songs to die for. A blend of good Heavy Metal, as it has always been since Thrash Metal was just an evolution.

If we all would like to have LPs from this band, at least they have great CDs to own without limit in your collection. A blend of the eighties with the more recent bands. It is a kick-ass album to play for years. The first perfect video to dive into this madness for life.

Check it out:

Influences: Decadence(se), Holy Moses, Exodus, Burning Witches, Tyranex, Tankard, Gama Bomb, Havok, and many more.

Eleven tracks with a cover, will smash your head against the wall. Pretty different to have a hard rock cover into Thrash but it works! One song was co-written with David Kupisz, composed and album mixed by Colin Ryley, and mastered by Mika Jussila.

One of the best albums to come for this winter, it’s a masterpiece 100/100.
