Temtris : “Rapture” Digipack CD 2nd November 2018 Battlegod Productions. Australian Heavy Metal band. This band is kicking the world with their tunes since they have started. Combined with the most important members Genevieve Rodda and her husband Anthony Fox  who have done everything to get a band that hits the world like a bomb. Few of the members are still here while they had recently have to change a bit the line up which is unfortunately today a common thing for bands that stick around for years.

Nether-less to say their progression is still on top of their creations. Keeping their style from the beginning they have evolved into a must heavier side giving this album one of the best to date in their career. If their other albums have those catchy riffs and the amazing Genevieve ‘s voice that blow you away, they have this time gotten much more effort to give us a pearl to own.

I reviewed the band few times and interviewed them for The Metal Mag recently and years before , just check the mag… as Metal fans as they are , they even made a 7LP for their fans as a total collection of patches and T-shirts. They are a real band that deserve to be on top of the charts like many great bands. I am really impressed and happy as respectful to see a band like Temtris  pursuing their path to give us such great albums over the years.

Once again they bring us an amazing painting for the cover artwork specially for the album while the 7Lp has another art. They are complete artists, Genevieve ‘s voice is just on top and hasn’t lost a bit of her power, Anthony ‘s guitar playing is getting better and better , really it is a pleasure to hear and see such people evolving that good.

It is hard for a band today to stick and keep getting creative while having their own roots. Temtris can be proud to have its own sound and evolve so well we can say this is one of the best album of the end of the year 2018. The double guitars speaking each giving this surrounding thick sound that powers an album.

Ten songs of power and kick ass tunes to wake you up and enjoy your day, like a boost in your life this is pure energy with melodies and heavy riffs. Some of those songs have Thrash riffs mixed with the heavy power that blows you away. Brilliant solos and blasting drums , they have a bit abandoned the growl style that was not much the thing I found useful , but have left a bit of a second backing vocals with a lighter way that gets the tunes much better.

Influences are ranging from different styles such they are listening to a lot of bands that inspires us all. From Testament, Metallica, London ‘s WildeStarr, Iced Earth, Nevermore…this is just Temtris!!! You will play this album over and over again , the lyrics are precise and can talk to anyone. This band is awesome and put so much effort in their music I gladly vote them the best band of Australia 100/100.
