Xtasy : ” Second Chance ” CD April 2017 Self Release. Spanish AOR / Hard Rock band. If there is a band that can prove the 80’s Metal is not dead this is the band! A refreshing yet powerful album to get everyone happy. Having amazing design covers, and hit singles on the whole album (“Fallen Angels”, “Said and done”, “Open your eyes”…) this band should be signed by labels such as AFM records or even Frontier records… back in the days they would be aired on every radios stations and MTV shows.

A beautiful melodic voice from Silvia, great riffs and solos the songs are well written it just flows in your mind and you get addicted by those compositions. This is definitively a band to follow as they deserve a big exposure. Although the album has been recorded in December 2016 at Studio Rock 81 by Jorge Olloqui who plays guitar and keyboards,  It has been mixed in March 2017 in Sweden by Erik Mertensson.

We can say it is a great work done to get that awesome album you should own in your LP/CD library. It’s a shame technology has evolved but you can still buy it as digital from Amazon, Itunes …

Influences are diverse, the vocal melodies can be sometimes close to Janet Gardner Vixen, Lisa Dominique, Lita Ford, Lee Aaron,  Lorraine Lewis Femme Fatale, musically it has all the enjoying tunes from Europe,Bonfire, Survivor, Giuffria, Dare, Bon Jovi, Warrant, Dokken….awesome solos in the vein of Georges Lynch mixed Marty Friedman. This is pure joy for your ears so get it now 99/100.
