Three days ago, I came up to that video. I was blown away! While the lady is known for writing hit singles and brilliant albums blowing up the word for each release. I heard her singing a song that I heard while I was a teenager back in the eighties. I just got a kick in the butt. If the Swedes are the best for recreating the early days of music, I must say Diamante just made it to the top.
More than just a music video, it is a whole lot of amazing bits that make it a top video for the end of the year. I’m sent back in time with those flashy colorful videos with ladies and long hair. It’s no surprise we all be bewitched by the gorgeous lady who has always made great albums and never disappointed us. But damn, she is doing lots of characters dressing and moving like the eighties movies.
I just can’t stop listening to and watching this video. Everything is here, the director managed to capture every essence of those great years. I revive! Music has been having a very strange era that brings back the best years, with the NWBOHM bands reforming for the love of every metalhead. Now it is once again another artist in a more contemporary style to bring us this part of the decades.

Five years ago a French artist made a song for the year 1987, talking about cassette tapes and music lifestyle. To me, 1986 was a special year but it seems the music business wants to point out this year for some reason. In the meantime, I just want to thank Diamante for giving me the wish to dance and appreciate life again.
