Nervcast : “Locked and Loaded” CD 21 st October self release. Canada Rock / Heavy / Thrash band. Seeing the cover I wasn’t expecting what I’ve heard. This is a killer album many metalheads should own! Those guys are fantastic , they are mixing many years of music into an album that will get on top of the charts in a minute. Having only four songs to listen to I can tell I have played them thousand times. Every Metallica fans should follow them , the singer sometimes reminds me James Hetfield on “Am I evil’ the guitarist plays a Kirk Hammet solo reminding those early riffs and wahwah. Heavy vocals like Toxik Thrash parts with speed rythms. Sometimes more classic such as Santa Cruz, Heal … getting into the Heavy side reminding Area 54, Skullfist… One song having a voice in the vein of Obsidian 55 Rock Prog style.
Those guys are geniuses, some will hear a bit of Megadeth, some Annihilator…their range of melodies and creations are so wide many influences spill from this awesome album it’s a pleasure to hear such a good band 100/100.
